1 About Us

Fermin Studio ("we", "us", or "our") is a creative design studio based in Mumbai, India, providing website design, graphic design, brochure design, flipbook design, brand design, and related services.

2 Use of Our Website

By accessing our website, you agree to use it lawfully and not to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without permission
• Use the site in any way that could damage or disrupt it
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site

3 Services & Quotes

All quotes we provide are based on the project scope agreed at the time. If the scope changes, the price and timeline may be adjusted accordingly. A quote is valid for [e.g. 30 days] unless stated otherwise.

Work begins once the project terms are agreed and any required deposit is received.

4 Payments

• A deposit of [e.g. 50%] may be required before work begins

• Late payments may result in paused work or additional charges

5 Revisions

6 Timelines

We provide estimated timelines for every project. While we work hard to meet them, delays can happen — especially if we're waiting on content, feedback, or approvals from you. Timely communication from both sides keeps projects on track.

7 Intellectual Property & Ownership

Until full payment is received, all designs and files remain the property of Fermin Studio. Once payment is complete:

• Ownership of the final, approved design transfers to you
• We may retain unused concepts, drafts, and working files
• You are responsible for ensuring any content you provide (text, images, logos) does not infringe third-party rights

8 Portfolio Rights

Unless you request otherwise in writing, we reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, on our website, and on social media for promotional purposes.

9 Cancellations & Refunds

If you cancel a project after work has begun, any deposit paid is non-refundable, as it covers time and resources already committed. Work completed up to the cancellation point may also be invoiced. Refund eligibility for any remaining balance will be assessed case by case.

10 Third-Party Tools & Services

Some projects may involve third-party platforms (e.g. WordPress, hosting providers, plugins, stock assets). We are not responsible for the performance, pricing, or policies of these third parties, and any associated costs are typically the client's responsibility unless agreed otherwise.

11 Limitation of Liability

We deliver our services with care and professionalism. However, to the extent permitted by law, Fermin Studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our designs, website, or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the relevant project.

12 Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data.

13 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services means you accept the updated Terms.

14 Governing Law
